Agreement regarding the processing of personal data RO / EN

By virtue of the Law on Physical Education and Sports No. 69/2000 with subsequent amendments and addendums and in the Statute and Regulations of the Romanian Sports Motoring Federation (FRAS) and not for other purposes, the GT Auto Club Sportiv Association assumes the obligation to administer safely and only for the specified purposes, personal data provided by the athlete about himself or another person. The role of this agreement is to explain to you how the personal data of the athlete are processed, the purpose for which they are used and the rights that he has, whose personal data are processed.


We process your personal data based on interests that are: legitimate, legal, real, transparent and present.

When you register for the contest (CNIA or CNSS), obtain a GT Auto Club Sportiv membership and obtain a pilot’s license (CNIA or CNSS), we collect: name, surname, email address, date of birth, home address, phone number, passport photo, contest car brand and type, cylinder capacity, and CNP.

Your data above is required and collected through specific forms for: registration in the competition (CNIA or CNSS), obtaining the GT Auto Club Sportiv membership and obtaining a pilot’s license (CNIA or CNSS).


We keep personal data safe, with appropriate technical measures, with appropriate organizational measures, with a high level of security against unauthorized processing, against illegal processing, against accidental or illegal loss, against accidental or illegal destruction; against accidental or illegal damage.


If you have reason to believe that any personal information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to:

– request the receipt of information on data processing (right of access)

– to rectify them (right of rectification)

– request to be deleted (right of deletion)

– request a restriction on processing (right of restriction)

– object to the processing (right of withdrawal of consent)

– you have the right to data portability (right of portability)

– the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of data constitutes an infringement of the GDPR
